By accessing, registering for, or using the pk07 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website at pk07.bio, placing a sports bet, participating in a casino game, or initiating a financial transaction — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pk07 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pk07 platform and close your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pk07 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your pk07 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk07 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk07 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach via our support channels.

• Do not share your pk07 login credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection.
• Log out from shared or public devices immediately after use.
• Contact pk07 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pk07 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. pk07 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to successful completion of any applicable identity verification. pk07 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

All funds deposited into your pk07 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your pk07 account, is strictly prohibited and may constitute money laundering under applicable law.

pk07 offers various promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules outlined in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk07 is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneously published odds resulting from a technical error or human error on our part.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• pk07 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or limit stakes at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, insider information, or irregular betting patterns.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches) shall be the determining factor.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to slight delays in odds updates. pk07 will not be held responsible for bets placed during a delay where the outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time of placement.
• Maximum single bet limits and maximum payout limits per event apply and are displayed within the relevant market.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pk07 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one pk07 account, individually or in concert with others.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any software vulnerability, algorithm, or system weakness on the pk07 platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets based on insider information or in connection with any scheme to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit discrepancies between pk07's odds and those of other operators in a systematic fashion.

All content on the pk07 platform — including but not limited to the pk07 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk07 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk07 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform; create derivative works based on pk07 content; or use the pk07 brand or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk07 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

pk07's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pk07 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pk07 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, pk07 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

pk07 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible through your pk07 account settings at any time:
